What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage team of Site Directors/Site Managers, providing training and guidance for successful business delivery
• Develop and execute operational strategy to achieve key business objectives
• Analyze operational and performance metrics to optimize team effectiveness
• Control costs and generate revenue to support business goals
• Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting teams to maximize patient enrollments
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Nursing required
• 7 to 10+ years of related experience
• Clinical experience in therapeutic indications
• Previous experience as Site Director, Site Manager, or Regional Director
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP Guidelines, and GCP
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration
• Experience with multi-site investigational site networks or hospital-sponsored physician networks
