As the Clinical Data Coordinator you will provide data entry service to the network sites. You will be responsible for quality data entry into electronic data capture systems (EDC) working on sponsor protocols.

  • You will support non-treatment studies. You will abstract and analyze data from necessary sources to complete the EDC and resolve queries.
  • You will maintain working knowledge of protocols and eCRF completion guidelines for assigned projects.
  • You will be responsible for effective management of projects, you will interact with cross-functional team members to ensure completion of all timelines and studies.
  • You will communicate with data management staff regularly on data entry, analysis and data management issues. You will provide status updates on data entry tasks.
  • You will contact patient(s) for study specific requirements (if applicable) to document and provide key database entries to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. You will work with site staff to resolve queries.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelors of Science or related degree. In lieu of degree, 2-5 years of Data experience or relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical, CRO Industry or Data Coordinator experience will be considered.
  • A strong understanding of research protocols and implementation.
  • Experience using EMR and strong computer skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology (oncology).
  • Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging, pathology, hematology, oncology related reports
