Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team, focusing on assisting the Project Manager with the deployment of our AI-powered software solutions in clinical trials. The Clinical Research Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and optimization of our technology, ensuring smooth and successful integration into clinical research workflows.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Support:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the deployment of AI software solutions in clinical trials, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and track progress against key milestones.

AI Software Deployment:

  • Support the installation, configuration, and validation of AI software platforms in clinical trial settings, working closely with IT teams and study coordinators.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to study personnel on the use of AI software tools, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical trial data using AI software tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to generate insights and reports from AI-driven data analyses.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents related to AI software deployment in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of AI software deployment activities, including installation procedures, configuration settings, and user guides.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and action items.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, computer science, public health) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in clinical research and familiarity with AI technologies preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP guidelines) and experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
