Salary: (Part-time: $62.50 - $86.53/hour) or (Full-Time: $130k - $180k/year)
Position Summary:
The Clarity Psychological Testing team is seeking a new Clincial Psychologist. This role is a remote position and may be either part-time or full-time, depending upon the candidate's preference. At Clarity Psychological Testing, we provide detailed psychological evaluations to enhance understanding and guide appropriate interventions. Our goal is to deliver clear insights that assist individuals, families, and clinicians in making informed mental health decisions.
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for interpreting test results and providing detailed reports to assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pscyhologicla testing, a strong understanding of various assessment tools, and the ability to communcate findings effectively to clietns and other professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct intakes and feedbacks for psychological evaluations
Interpret psychological testing data to diagnose mental health conditions: mood disorders, personality disorders, cognitive functioning, executive functioning impairment and learning disabilities.
Curate test batteries and write authorization notes for psychological evaluations.
Develop detailed, evidence-based reports summarizing assessment findings and providing recommendations for treatment
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care
Stay current with advancements in psychological testing and assessment methodologies
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Participate in case conferences and provide consultation to other team members as needed
Minimum Position Requirements:
Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
Experience: Two years experience in psychological testing and assessment
Licensure: Valid state (CA) license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist
Skills: Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, proficiency in administering and interpreting a wide range of psychological tests, knowlege of current DSM criteria and diagnostic procedures, and knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions.
