Job Description

Who is Ascend?

Ascend Behavior Partners is a different kind of Autism Care Provider focused on a team approach. We proudly offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a play-based natural environment to learners up to age seven mostly in their very own home. In addition, we provide an interdisciplinary team collaboration with Licensed Clinical Psychologists and Family Support Clinicians to support our mission of partnering with families to build a strong foundation for their children in early childhood and beyond. The journey starts with our Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing timely access to diagnostic evaluation. Receiving a diagnosis of autism and navigating the care of a child doesn’t need to be daunting or scary. We prioritize supporting the whole family from the start.

Overview of Your Role:

Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and embark on a fulfilling journey where your expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and crafting treatment plans for children and families will shine. Our position offers a unique blend of autonomy and support, allowing you to leverage your skills effectively while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. We're seeking psychologists who thrive in collaborative environments and value operational and team support. Your contributions will be integral to our mission of achieving better outcomes for the families we serve. As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact and shape the future of our program.

This role is perfect for the dedicated psychologist who desires a full-time commitment, conducting 3-4 evaluations per week. With a compensation structure based per evaluation completed at a flat rate of $660 per eval, you have the potential to earn up to $130,000 annually by averaging 4 evaluations per week (with normal business hours and time off for rest and vacation). Our emphasis on high-quality services ensures that you'll be part of a program committed to excellence.

Enjoy the freedom of a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments seamlessly.
