This role involves providing outpatient clinical services to a caseload of at least 25 clients per week (minimum 50 per pay period). Responsibilities include client care, collaborative documentation, assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, team case consultation, and supervision. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and in a collaborative clinical environment, demonstrates initiative in professional growth, possesses experience with EHR systems, and is comfortable delivering both in-person and telehealth services. Compensation
The compensation ranges from $35 to $50 per session, dependent on licensure and experience within the state of Tennessee. This is a W2 position.
Educational Requirements And Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required
LPC-MHSP or LCSW preferred
Minimum 1 Year Post-master's Experience Preferred
Must be licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct individual, couples, or family outpatient therapy sessions on a regular basis as determined by client needs
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week (minimum 50 sessions per pay period)
Coordinate availability and scheduling needs with NCCC Support Team
Complete documentation within 72 hours of session completion and ensure client charts are up to date
Review and update treatment plans regularly
Collaborate with client care team members (medication provider, PCP, etc.) and family members as needed
Perform Clinical Intakes, provide diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic care
Attend monthly small team meetings, staff meetings, and supervisory sessions as required
Track and report mental health data consistently
