Job Summary/Purpose

The Clinical Outcomes Manager will prepare new customers (Optometrists and Staff) for

launch and training of the Neurolens measurement device and Neurolens and drive the launch training for each

new customer. They will prepare and develop customers and their practices by leveraging team partners and

Neurolens tools and systems. The Clinical Outcomes Manager will work with new customers to align on

lens PPM goals for the practice and provide deep-level training to ensure launch success and sustainment. They will

also provide insightful and strong communication with customers. This position requires the individual to have a

proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual launch targets and consistently embodying the Neurolens

values.


The job title may be determined by the candidate’s proven ability to perform in the following capacities:

• Act as a peer leader within the organization

• Provide constructive feedback to the Neurolens commercial and corporate executive team

• Serve as an internal champion of the commercial team

• Support corporate alignment to the business strategy

• Execute special projects at request of leadership

• Demonstrate advanced clinical, optical, and/or product knowledge

• Continuously launch customers who meet, exceed, and sustain top-tier results

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute launch of Neurolens for new customers

• Provide “pre-training” Practice Evaluation with the doctor/owner and customize launch based on results

of the evaluation

• Train Optometrists and staff on the Neurolens measurement device and Neurolens at launch including all

touch points with techs, optometrists, opticians and others in the practice

• Develop/modify and execute a plan to overcome any objections, risks or problems implementing the

Neurolens system during launch

• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical knowledge as it pertains to symptoms and solutions to address clinical

questions from existing or prospective accounts

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Neurolens products, including measurement devices and lens

technologies

• Complete actions to ensure pull-through and growth of Neurolens in the region

• Continuously look to improve Neurolens process and efficiencies within the customer practice

• None


Education, Experience, And Training:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

• 5+ years of previous clinical training and presentation experience required

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an

organization, including Owners, Optometrists, etc

• Proficient with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

• Excellent listening, presentation, scheduling and problems solving capabilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Maintain a “Dig for Problems” approach, continuously looking to improve

• Sales experience a plus, but not required

• Optical experience a plus, but not required

• Travel as needed to support and execute goals. Could require up to 75% travel

• Ability to deal with a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to assess issues and problem solve within ECP practice to drive
