The successful candidate will lead a team of veterinary technical staff to implement and execute research projects, oversee research procedures, review protocols, advise Principal Investigators (PIs) on proper use of animal models, develop research techniques, and improve animal care through refinement, welfare and management practices and collaborate with both internal and external PIs.

DACLAM Boarded Opportunities-> Candidates must possess a D.V.M./V.M.D. degree from an AVMA accredited university, valid license to practice in the United States and USDA accreditation or be able to become USDA accredited. DACLAM Boarded with 5-8 years experience.

Locations: IN, TX, NY, MD



Recent Grad Opportunities -> The successful candidate will be adept in animal surgeries and interested in laboratory animal medicine and have a desire to be trained by an academic or contract research employer to ultimately obtain DACLAM certification within 4-6 years. No residency program required.

Candidates must possess a D.V.M./V.M.D. degree from an AVMA accredited university, valid license to practice in the United States and USDA accreditation or be able to become USDA accredited.
