The Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality in-home pediatric patient care. This position is essential for maintaining the standards of care, leading the nursing team, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Oversee and manage clinical operations within pediatric care settings
Develop and implement care plans for pediatric patients
Supervise and mentor nursing staff in delivering specialized pediatric care

Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric care
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
