Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to our clients throughout our 21-county service area! A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest possible standards. A component of this role will be to develop and implement staff training and development programs that promote ongoing professional growth and skill-building.
Responsibilities
Oversee Clinical Team:
Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
Training Programs:
Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, and continuing education.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of care.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Policy Development:
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of care.
Leadership:
Provide leadership and support to staff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Quality Improvement:
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
Work Environment:
Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
Current and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.
3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in staff development and training.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
