Clinical Manager - GRO Walker

The Refractive and Elective Services Manager will be a key member of the leadership team. This position is responsible for managing the strategic planning and business development in the Refractive and Elective Services areas. This includes helping with the marketing and promotion of each area.

In order to fulfill the above responsibilities, we are seeking an individual with the below skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent of education and work experience combined.
• Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Previous managerial experience, including performance management, conflict resolution, coaching and training.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage a customer/patient centric environment.
• Success selling a service or program in a consultative sales environment.
• Excellent documentation and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
• Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations.
• A self-motivated personality with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and partnership manner with other team members and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas and concepts.
• Project Management experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.
  
  

Job Duties

• Manages strategic planning and business development in the Refractive and Elective Services areas.
• Participates in a process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for sustainable growth
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal team
• Effectively monitors competitor actions to ensure that appropriate responses are formulated and communicated
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related area of study preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of optical management or industry-related experience
