Clinical Manager

Hiring a Clinical Manager for a boutique Dermatology office in New York City.

Must come from a healthcare office management/leadership role preferably in outpatient practices.

Required:

• 5+ years of healthcare experience in an outpatient practice setting
• 2+ years of management experience in a healthcare office
• Comfortable with Scheduling, staff management, and clinical support
• must be willing to fill in and work with clients if there are call outs
• prior healthcare clinical skills preferred (MA)

Overview:

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy cosmetic dermatology practice. This position involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to patients.

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervise medical assistants, receptionists, and other clinical staff.

Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate schedules.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Operations:

Oversee clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and room utilization.

Collaborate with providers to optimize clinic efficiency.

Address any operational challenges promptly.

Patient Experience:

Ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns.

Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.

Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
