As a Clinical Liaison, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional care and service. Located in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is renowned for its commitment to excellence in healthcare staffing.

About The Role

As a Triage Clinical Liaison, you'll leverage your expertise to foster relationships and offer clinical support to both internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as a clinical resource for internal departments, traveling healthcare providers, and external partners.

Building and nurturing trusted relationships with our healthcare providers and client partners.

Acting as a sales partner, educating external partners on Triage's clinical quality programs and initiatives.

Designing, developing, and delivering clinical training content to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Supporting the onboarding process of new travelers through resume review, compliance testing, and prescreen interviews.

Leading the development of clinical mentorship programs and providing guidance to new healthcare professionals.

Resolving conflicts and issues while maintaining a collaborative approach and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

We're seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Motivated self-starter with a drive to achieve goals.

Ability to thrive both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience.

BLS and ACLS certification required; Critical Care and nursing management experience preferred.

Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
