About Us
At our company, we offer a unique role for RN Clinical Educators to utilize their clinical nursing skills beyond traditional patient care settings. We prioritize education and training, with no sales responsibilities or bedside care involved.
Responsibilities
Conduct peer-to-peer education sessions and in-servicing for nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support the implementation of medical devices.
Assess the unique educational needs of each customer and deliver engaging training experiences.
Utilize your clinical nursing expertise to address questions and concerns related to medical devices.
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to clients throughout and after in-service assignments.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
Active RN license.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care units within the past 5 years.
Leadership experience (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) preferred but not required.
Comfortable with basic software programs.
Experience with IV pumps is a plus but not mandatory.
Intermediate Computer Skills Required.
Super-user/pump education experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in group settings with strong professional acumen.
