Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of clinical strategies for our renal products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing patient care.

Must be able to travel up to 60%-90%.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive clinical strategies that align with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead clinical trial initiatives, from design through to execution and analysis, ensuring they meet scientific, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales to optimize product development and launch strategies.
• Provide clinical expertise and leadership in the planning and conduct of clinical studies and other research initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to enhance product credibility and clinical utility.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of clinical documentation required for regulatory approvals and reimbursements.
• Ensure continuous improvement of clinical processes and systems in line with technological advancements and regulatory changes.
• Develop and manage the clinical operations budget, optimizing resources to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and develop the clinical team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the medical device industry
• Proven track record in leading clinical trials and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing a high-performing clinical team.
