Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Serve as a scribe in morning report capturing all items reported and documenting in the EMR in real time.
Participate in IDT meeting as a scribe documenting in EMR the information shared in the meeting in addition to ensuring all elements of the IDT process are completed prior to closure.
Documentation of IDT attendance with corresponding roles.
Verifying assessment by appropriate IDT member has been completed in response to SDRs.
Daily review of PCP notes of participants seen in clinic to ensure all orders and referrals are documented in the EMR and schedulers are notified of external appointment requests.
Prompt notification to Quality Director of any identification of non-compliance.
