Clinical Application Analyst

Insight Global Health is hiring two Remote Epic Certified Beaker Analyst supporting one of the largest health systems based in Los Angeles, CA. This role sits fully remote, but does require consultants visit sites in California 2-3 times every six months across the duration of the 2 year implementation project.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting EPIC Beaker builds, implementations, go-lives, and post go-live support
• EPIC Beaker Certification (CP)
• Experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations of Epic Beaker software within a large hospital system (where they implemented Beaker from the ground up)
• Proficiency in workflow analysis and system optimization
• -Ability to design, develop, configure, and maintain Epic system modules as well as troubleshooting and redesign experience
• Ability to work PST hours and visit on site 2-3 times per six months

An employer is looking for a strong Epic Beaker Analyst to join their team. This individual will be working remotely most of the time but must be able to be on-site in Southern California as needed (potentially around 2-3 times within a 6-month period). The role involves various client initiatives, spanning the entire system development life cycle, including use case development, software evaluation, and system research. It requires creating documentation for business requirements and workflows, designing, testing, and maintaining applications, coordinating testing phases during implementations, supporting existing functionality, and building relationships with end users and partners. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, possess substantial build and support experience, have lead major beaker implementations for outpatient and collection workflows, and have a lab background. MUST be able to work 8am-5pm PST hours (no exceptions – PST is required). This role will be leading the entire EPIC Beaker implementation, so true full lifecycle experience is a requirement.
