Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited university
Valid MD license in California (CA) /Kentucky (KY)
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department (ED)
Unrestricted DEA license
Eligibility to participate in Medicare
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5
No nights, weekends, or holidays
90% clinical, 10% administrative
Responsibilities
Manage patient care and clinical operations
Implement clinical model playbook
Ensure accurate records and billing
Develop and mentor clinical staff
Maintain compliance with regulations
