The Service Ambassador, Retail Accounts, will work alongside our Service and Sales teams to provide personalized assistance and support to retail stores, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met with the utmost care and attention to detail. The goal is to excel in delivering exceptional service experiences that elevate the customer’s satisfaction and reinforce the brand’s reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional service delivery with customers:
  • Support our national retail accounts demonstrating impeccable service delivery and meticulous attention to detail during all customer interactions.
  • Utilize web-portals to communicate with retailers about purchase orders updates, routing information, costs, inventory levels, tracking and invoicing.
  • Manage daily purchase order processing for all national accounts, including EDI (electronic data interchange), manual, and web orders.
  • Audit/Manage open purchase orders to meet the ship and cancel dates and communicate with our partners if deadlines cannot be met.
  • Issue Investigation and Resolution: Use root-cause analysis to investigate and resolve customer inquiries received via phone or email encompassing matters related to orders and claims.
  • Staying informed: Attend product trainings to enhance knowledge of current and future products and their components.
  • Internal Stakeholder Communication: Work cross-functionally with in house logistics to adhere to vendor compliance guidelines, ensuring full circle communication between internal and external partners on shipping data, BOL, and tracking information.
  • Best Practice Focused: Maintains process documents and guidelines within the channel to ensure best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, preferably within the wholesale, luxury retail, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of how to best utilize Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) to maximize your time and efforts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse customer needs and preferences.
