We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-facing individual to join our Client Success arm as a Client Success Specialist.


Job Description:

The Client Success Specialist is a key player in ensuring the successful implementation of our digital planning tools for our clients. This role is instrumental in guiding clients through the onboarding process, configuring our systems to meet their unique needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure maximum utilization and satisfaction. This role reports to the Director of Client Success.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients, dedicated to supporting their needs during the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Configure and customize PERKY’s digital planning tools to align with client specifications.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and proactively address them to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to develop and execute implementation plans tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for clients on the use of our platforms, including system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Gather feedback from clients during and after the implementation process, and communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, resources, and training materials to support clients throughout the implementation and utilization phases.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in client success, account management, or system implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with clients.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software, with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems and technologies.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Creative, collaborative thinker with an ability to learn new things, assess problems, and identify proactive solutions quickly.
  • Experience or knowledge in the employee benefits industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to try new approaches in order to better solve problems

Salary Range:

  • The estimated range for this position is between $40k-68k, depending on candidate experience and it will be adjusted based on geographic location.
