About The Role
The Client Success Manager is a client-facing leadership role working directly with Atropos Health’s channel partners. This role is responsible for managing the technical implementation of channel partners from post-sales through ongoing account management, including driving client satisfaction, commercial success, and product development.
As the owner of your book of business, the Client Success Manager will collaborate with Corporate Development, Product, and Engineering teams to provide a world-class customer experience throughout all phases of an implementation and ongoing client relationship. We are looking for a versatile client success professional who is well-versed in all phases of project management, technical implementation, delivery, and client-facing experiences, preferably within healthcare corporate development and channel partnerships.

We are a remote first company! You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We cannot support visa sponsorship at this time.

About The Role
The Client Success Manager is a client-facing leadership role working directly with Atropos Health’s channel partners. This role is responsible for managing the technical implementation of channel partners from post-sales through ongoing account management, including driving client satisfaction, commercial success, and product development.

We are looking for a versatile client success professional who is well-versed in all phases of project management, technical implementation, delivery, and client-facing experiences, preferably within healthcare corporate development and channel partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partner-enabled clients to ensure smooth implementation and maximize client satisfaction in partnership with Corporate Development.
- Partner closely with Atropos Health’s Product team to provide client feedback and suggestions for new features and enhancements.
- Enable client success outcomes including revenue expansion, opportunity identification, higher client product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client health.
- In charge of a variety of tasks: project management, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and value management.
- Lead activities to optimize the client journey including training, professional services, technical support, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
- Grow and maintain a deep understanding of the RWE/RWD industry and how Atropos can play a disruptive role in this space.
- Coordinate all client-facing efforts, fostering collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to provide a cross-functional client experience.
- Partner with Marketing to identify clients for different engagements including conferences, case studies, and reference ability.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a clinical or business discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in software or high-tech marketing, commercial operations, client success, sales, or professional services with health systems or channel partnerships.
- Experience managing deep customer relationships within channel/corporate partnerships within healthcare or provider/health systems (e.g. strategic account management or customer service).
- Strong technical skills and hands-on implementation experience are required. SQL experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Prior experience with real-world healthcare data and real-world evidence is preferred.
