The Client Services Manager is responsible for coordinating with the Marketing Department and Executive Leadership team to develop business relationships with new and existing clients, create lead generation, engage in customer retention, and maintain company Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
This position is fully remote, and candidates must be based out of Atlanta, Georgia area.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
5+ years of Marketing and/or outside sales experience required.
Direct experience selling engineering and/or related professional services to the insurance and/or legal industry strongly preferred.
Must possess a proven track record in client relations as well as a solid understanding of building business relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop business relationships with existing and/or prospective industry clients at the executive and adjuster level.
Maintain communication with clients to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our product and service.
Set and attend marketing consultations, industry functions, association meetings, and trade shows with prospective clients and follow up within the marketing protocol.
Create lead generation and engage in customer retention activities in accordance with the Company marketing strategy.
Identify new avenues of business through needs communicated by clients.
Additional Requirements
Possess a Georgia Driver’s License and ability to use personal vehicle for Company business.
Adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace Policy and successfully complete pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Successfully complete background-screening process, including criminal, social security verification, credit history, workers’ compensation, and MVR screenings.
