The Client Services Manager will help lead our fast-growing Estate Planning Law Firm. You will be meeting with prospective clients, educating them on the value our firm can provide, and engaging them in our proven process. Your role is to engage them in the services of the law firm and provide them with the education they need to make the choice that best supports their goals and the goals of their loved ones.
This position will primarily report to our corporate office in Bloomfield Hills at least three days per week and to our Rochester satellite office one day per week. By the end of 2024, the position will report at least four days per week to our Rochester office with the option of a work-from-home day depending on job performance.
We give families peace of mind by listening to our clients and providing solutions to the issues that keep them up at night. We are seeking a self-starter, NON-Attorney who will be a trusted advisor to our clientele.
You will hit the ground running if you have previously sold a luxury brand service or have been in the financial services industry (insurance, real estate, etc.)

This role has the ability not only to earn on a commission-based structure from the leads generated automatically by our ongoing marketing efforts, but by building and supporting your own sales pipeline through community relationships, presentations & networking. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with public speaking as they will be responsible for providing educational workshops to potential client families.
