Job Summary:

The Sales-Operations Coordinator will work directly under the Director of Client Success and be responsible for supporting new sales engagements. This includes the successful onboarding of clients and contracts, updating the project management platform, QC and delivery of invoices. We believe this role significantly enhances our client satisfaction and streamlines our financial operations. This position may have options for either physical in-office presence or remote work.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  •        Compile and prepare new business price proposals and contracts
  •        Coordinate new client or new project implementation
  •        Respond to client communication and requests by email or phone
  •        Support Accounting & Sales Departments’ Initiatives
  •        Prepare and deliver monthly invoices in compliance with service agreements
  •        Follow up with clients regarding invoice questions as requested by management
  •        Perform data analysis for current or new business operations and sales teams
  •        Occasional travel for conferences or client meetings
  •        Assist in developing client outreach, workflow and service improvements, and sales collaterals
  •        Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

  •       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and particularly experienced with Excel
  •     Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  •        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  •        Possesses a natural curiosity and interest in developing new skills
  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  •        Strong in-person and virtual meeting presentation skills
  •        Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  •        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  •        Proficient with Windows operating system
  •        Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and File Sharing Platforms
  •        Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

 

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology from accredited university and/or 2-5 years of experience in professional setting with B2B Sales and/or Operations 
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for off-site meetings
