Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client intake, data management, and ongoing client engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle intake calls from potential clients
  • Perform accurate data entry into AlayaCare system
  • Collaborate with Case Managers to initiate services for accepted clients
  • Monitor new clients without billing for the first two weeks
  • Conduct outreach for clients who miss appointments
  • Coordinate with Case Managers regarding clients with missed sessions
  • Prepare and send outreach letters as needed
  • Follow up on and process client discharges


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in customer service or similar role (Behavioral Health experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in data entry and database management
  • Experience with healthcare management systems (AlayaCare experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ 40-45K per year

Schedule: 8 hour (9am-5pm)shifts, Monday through Friday
