The Expertise We’re Looking For:
Prior Office Administrative Experience (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork (Required)
High school degree (Required)
Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

Able to communicate verbally and in writing
Able to learn and adapt to changes
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Strong data processing skills
Effective time management skills
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Open, close, & transfer client accounts
Generate and provide various reports to advisor & assistants
Complete & process new client applications
Follow-up on pending business with companies and clients
Assist advisor with appointment preparation
Resolve issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
Maintain database
Respond to client inquiries as needed
Prioritize day to day tasks and issues
Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients
Process transactions
All other duties as assigned
Pay: $48,000 annually + Bonus Potential
