Your Role

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact and contribute to our clients' success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products or services.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, requests, and support tickets via phone, email, or chat, and escalate as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to address client needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including guiding them through the setup process, providing training and support, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system, and provide reports and insights to management on client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in client interactions and record-keeping.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
