Client Service Representative

We are currently seeking a full time Client Service Representative to join our team!

MissionVet is a rapidly growing specialty and emergency hospital. We provide advanced care for San Antonio pets on a referral basis from primary care veterinarians. Our staff of Client Service Representatives/ Our Call Center Service Representatives will greet and check in clients, answer phones, check out, organize medical records, and contribute towards general marketing of the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high demand of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments
• Operate basic office machines
• Process payments, reconcile payments
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, and organize files
  
  

We need individuals who are quick thinkers, thrive in a fast paced environment, and multitask effectively.

This is a fulltime position, currently we are seeking for a variety of shifts which include weekdays, weekend days, and for all evening shifts.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule is required.
• Two years of medical, veterinary, or dental office client service is recommended, but not required.
