Client Service Associate

Our client, a long standing broker dealer, is seeking a Client Service Associate to add to their growing team.

This role is onsite in Downtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and own the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new clients.
• Document all client interactions and provide the team with time-sensitive updates.
• Execute the team service model to ensure consistent and exceptional client service.
• Develop and monitor the team's client book segmentation strategy to optimize client management.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in client service or supporting financial advisors within financial services
• Superb communication skills - verbal and written
• Series 7 required
