An investment advisory firm is seeking a Client Service Associate! In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for service and planning related needs for a select group of the firm's clients. The qualified candidate needs to project a can-do image of the firm and be responsible for ensuring clients' satisfaction! This is a team-oriented environment with multiple service providers, and you will work closely with the rest of the team to implement strategies and manage the administration of complex trust distributions and family gifting plans. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree, two or more years of wealth management experience, a professional demeanor with a cheerful attitude and punctuality, the ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced and team-oriented environment, and have strong problem-solving, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
