As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our larger and more complex clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel to our office as business demands.
Your Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders through regular client meetings and discussions.
Collaborate closely with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in final presentations and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Resolve complex issues and manage larger client accounts with a strong understanding of ERISA principles.
Facilitate technical compliance discussions and provide support for plan participants.
Minimum Requirements
FINRA Series 6 certification.
4+ years of experience in retirement plan or client relationship management.
Excellent communication skills with a deep knowledge of financial products and services.
Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
