Summary

McAdam seeks a service-minded Client Relationship Manager to support the Firm’s Company Based

Marketing (CBM) initiative by servicing our CBM clients. This role is integral in retaining and growing the firm’s

client base. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, adaptable, energetic, and possess excellent

customer service skills with at least five years of experience in the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Series 65 and LAH licenses are strongly preferred

• Participation in 50+ career sales meetings, preferably advisory-related

• Five years or more in the finance industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Capture additional AUM life, and annuity premium from client base

• Generate referrals to new clients

• Attend L10s and other internal meetings (Group L10s with Leader)

• Conduct client service meetings with clients

• Identify opportunities for clients

• Address client needs and concerns as they arise
