What you’ll do

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will aim to drive, sustain and grow product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will look to ensure customer’s recognize value from our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships amongst a diversity of roles within Infinite Campus and its’ customers to ensure optimal process and communication flow. This individual will align with other teams and departments to inspire customer success endeavors organization-wide and deliver the optimal customer lifecycle for all Infinite Campus customers. Map and maintain a deep understanding of each customers’ unique journey, including: execute and support developing customer success processes and playbooks. Measure and analyze metrics and other customer data to assess adoption rate, identify and strategize on opportunities for improvement or expansion, and prepare for renewals. You will acquire and maintain a level of product knowledge to be able to effectively communicate the purpose, benefits, features, and service requirements. Be a mentor and be and escalation point for customer satisfaction or engagement issues. Advocate for the needs of the customer cross-departmentally. Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive customer engagement and retention. Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through technology and process for customer success functions. Promote, organize, facilitate, and support Infinite Campus customer-facing events - e.g., user groups, trade shows, conferences, etc.

Who you are

You are responsible; able to achieve desired results within expected time frames with a high degree of quality and professionalism. You are able to establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners. You are professional with a positive attitude and are able to assimilate to the company’s culture and client relationship management philosophy. You are self-motivated.

Your skill-set

You possess the experience operating in a Customer Success role with familiarity with Customer Success Software. Previous customer relations or account management experience - preferably in a SaaS environment. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You are highly organized, analytical, collaborative and detail oriented. You are empathetic; able to demonstrate an ongoing positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
