Work with the Private Wealth advisory team to actively manage client relationships, service, and the Addicus standard of identity. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a critical role at Addicus. You serve as the Lead and Primary contact between Addicus and your assigned Clients. You also lead the team responsible for servicing your clients, which includes the Solutions Analyst, as well as the efforts of the support team. You will interface regularly with Operations, Technology and Legal to ensure client deliverables and projects are on time, meet all quality standards and quality expectations. You will report to the Director of Addicus Consulting Group.
Responsibilities
Consistently add value to the client by identifying issues and opportunities on a regular basis
Build and maintain a strong, trusted, and sustainable relationship with the Client and their advisors – founded upon mutual respect, professionalism, and high-quality work product.
Develop a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the Clients Family Wealth Enterprise (FWE) and serve as an internal resource of information to team members regarding the Client.
Conduct in-depth discussions concerning all matters related to the FWE.
Discover a client’s values, goals, and objectives at least annually but more frequently may be necessary based on client’s fact pattern
Engage regularly with the Client, Client Representatives and Advisors, and the Partners to ensure that Client needs, and expectations are managed and met, and the status of projects or initiatives are clearly documented and communicated.
Prepare and conduct quarterly reviews, including both planning and investment topics.
Organize the client’s financial documentation
Ensure the Client’s document is always up to date and documents are easy to access

This includes balance sheet update, status quo cash flow analysis with sensitivity analysis, and asset value projections
Performance Reports – Private Equity Positions
Coordinate with the Addicus Private Equity team and other outside resources to ensure returns on investments are being accurately reported to the client in a timely manner
Insurance – Personal and Business
Report on performance and need of the following insurance assets:
Life Insurance
P&C Insurance
Disability Insurance
Long-Term Care Insurance
Ownership arrangements – update Estate and Financial Plan
Keep an updated organizational chart for the client to reference in all meetings with the Client
Tax estimates and reduction strategy
Review and discuss status, issues, transactions, concerns and identify opportunities.
Address specific questions regarding the engagement, as well as serving as an advisor and a sounding board for the Client.
Deliver customized financial, estate, asset management/allocation, and insurance plans
Collaborate and negotiate with outside resources (Financial institutions, Attorneys, Accountants, Transaction representatives, etc.). This will include architecting transaction structures, developing financial models, negotiating financing, and coordinating legal document preparations and executions.
Participate and lead client meetings sometimes independently
Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
Take meeting notes and promptly enter in the CRM
Engage with other lines of businesses to learn the capabilities of each and proactively identify new ideas and opportunities to bring to each of your Clients
Meet with prospects to complete initial client discovery, determining if they qualify as an Addicus client

Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, products, concepts and can effectively simplify complex concepts while building rapport and credibility with highly valued clientele

Familiar with the suite of products offered within Office 365 is an advantage.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or other related Business field of study is a requirement.
Series 65/CFP, ChFC, MBA, CPA, CFA, CFP Certification or other advanced degree relevant to this role is strongly recommended.
Securities and Insurance licenses are extremely beneficial.
Banking, Finance, or Tax related experience are required.
A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience is required.
During the interview process, testing for this position will be required to evaluate areas of strength in regard to Tax, Insurance, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and assimilate excel skills.
