Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities
Work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges
Communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up and strategic growth planning
Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers
Client Relationship Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Must be able and willing to work on-site in the downtown Boston office
3+ years of client management/new business development experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude
