Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our services and offerings
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to devise and implement strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to establishing new client relationships and business opportunities
- Ensure client accounts are managed effectively to maintain satisfaction
- Provide clients with comprehensive product and service information
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Work with team members to enhance the overall client experience
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for client retention
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is beneficial but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
