Client Portfolio Associate or Senior Associate – Overview:
Concertiv is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Client Portfolio Management team reporting to our VP of Customer Success. This role will be primarily responsible for managing client relationships for our hedge fund business, interfacing with clients on renewals and new procurements and supporting the Client Success team. The Client Portfolio team also works closely with internal teams to help support strategic initiatives and in the development of new and future offerings. We are looking for someone who has experience working for or with hedge funds and understands their nuanced needs for market data and alternative data.
What you’ll do:
Manage assigned accounts in a primary or secondary capacity to coordinate upcoming contract renewals, new procurements and queries as applicable
Coordinate client retention initiatives across Concertiv’s fast-growing client-base
Work closely with Client Success to plan strategic cross-sell opportunities
Manage the on-boarding of new Concertiv hedge fund clients with prep materials, notes, and project managing next steps
Construct and present metric driven client performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Support the Services team in complex initiatives ranging from bespoke client delivery, structuring new offerings, and rendering client “wins” into tangible case studies
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and enforce client-oriented processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Finance
You should have:
4-6+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services space
Hedge fund/alternative investment industry knowledge around trends in market data needs (e.g. alternative and real-time data, machine learning/AI training data, data integration and customization, ESG, etc.)
Experience in managing successful client relationships with firm executives/C-suite
Track record of retaining and growing satisfied clients
Experience in Microsoft Excel and PPT creating error-free analyses and presentations
Project management experience, particularly overseeing high priority projects on behalf of clients
Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive mindset that can drive results in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
