Overview:
Join our prestigious Fortune 500 investment bank as a Client Operations Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite initially with a transition to a hybrid model after training. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to comprehend and analyze complex documents.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret client agreements, trusts, wills, and other legal documents to extract key data elements.
Code accounts accurately in accordance with established procedures and accounting platform requirements.
Assist wealth managers by opening new accounts and performing account maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to optimize operational processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills/Experience:
Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to accuracy and data integrity.
Reading Comprehension: Strong capability to understand and interpret legal documents and client communications.
Legal Studies Background: Experience or education in legal studies or a paralegal background preferred.
MS Office Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a financial services environment is beneficial but not required.
Familiarity with wealth management operations and account coding practices.
Work Environment:
Initially onsite with potential for a hybrid work model post-training.
