CuraLinc is seeking an experienced and driven marketing executive to meet growth objectives for our employee assistance program (EAP) and wellbeing programs. The Client Marketing Manager will spearhead marketing initiatives and communications strategies directly tailored for our clients. This role will collaborate closely with our Client Services, Marketing, and Product teams to support retention efforts, drive product education, and help facilitate upsells.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage the Client Marketing and Communications Calendar to Create an Optimized Ongoing Messaging Schedule with a Focus on Engaging and Reactivating Longstanding Clients with Relevant and Timely Information About Their Program
  • Ideate How to Tailor and Adjust Collateral, Marketing Initiatives and Talking Points Developed for Sales to Resonate with Clients
  • Work with Client Success and Operations Teams to Segment Client Contacts Based on Key Account and Contact Markers to Tailor Marketing Strategies, Developing Personalized Communication to Resonate with Different Client Segments
  • Craft Engaging and Impactful Content for and About CuraLinc's Clients, Including but Not Limited to Client Case Studies, Presentations, Social Posts, Emails, Reports, and Digital or Print Materials and Project Manage/Work with CuraLinc's Graphic Designers to Develop Creative Assets
  • Manage the Strategy and Execution for Our Monthly Webinar/Podcast, Coffee with CuraLinc, Crafting Copy to Promote Episodes Via Email and Social Media, Developing Slide Content, Managing Speakers and Measuring Results, with Direction from CuraLinc's Director of Marketing for the Annual Topic Calendar
  • Implement Marketing Plans to Support the Launch of New Products, Features and Initiatives for Clients with Support/Direction from CuraLinc's Director of Marketing and Product Marketing Manager
  • Draft and Send Emails to Clients Through CuraLinc's Email Platform, as Well as Facilitating the Use of Email Templates for One-On-One Sends
  • Curate and Capture Client and Member Testimonials to Amplify Positive Experiences and Strengthen Client Relationships
  • Create Strategies to Encourage Clients to Become Brand Ambassadors and Participate in Case Studies, Speaking Opportunities, Testimonials or Act as a Reference
  • Support the Leadership Team in Maximizing the Impact of Our Client Advisory Board and Executive Sponsorship Programs
  • Collaborate with Sales to Identify Opportunities for Cross-Selling or Upselling Additional Products or Services to Existing Clients. Develop Targeted Marketing Campaigns to Promote These Offerings


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a Related Field
  • 5 -7 Years of Experience in the Development and Implementation of Marketing Plans and Projects
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in the Employee Benefits Field
  • Strong Written, Verbal and Presentation Communication Skills
  • Strong Prioritization, Organization, and Project Management Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Experience Supporting Executive-Level Initiatives Such as Client Advisory Boards and Executive Sponsorship Programs
  • Working Knowledge of Sales CRM and Email Marketing Software and Content Management Systems (Squarespace, Wordpress, Hubspot) and How They Can Integrate for Detailed Reporting
  • Ability to Work with Cross-Functional Teams and Coordinate Activities to Move Campaigns Forward from Conception to Deployment
  • Ability to Work Both Independently and Collaboratively with a Team in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment
  • High Proficiency in MS Suite of Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Working Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma



This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
