As the Leader of Client Integrations, you will play a critical role in shaping a best-in-class client onboarding experience. Your responsibilities encompass both setting long-term visions and aligning medium and short-term goals with broader business objectives. This role demands a focus on delivering the highest and most impactful priorities while balancing demanding day-to-day client engagements. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, drives innovation, and delivers impactful results. In this role you will be responsible for leading a talented and dedicated team to accelerate onboarding, improve time to revenue, boost CSAT, increase retention and to continuously identify process improvements to better serve our integrated clients. You will work closely with leaders from across our business to build a modern, efficient approach for integrating or upgrading our clients’ solutions.

This Is What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the client integration process. Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the successful design and development of a next-generation approach to client onboarding.
- Identify and develop strategies for continuous process improvement and implement solutions to standardize and refine internal procedures. Your aim is to deliver an optimized client experience, ultimately improving time-to-revenue with a steadfast commitment to quality.
- Improve capacity constraints by partnering with the RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and Client & Sales Systems teams to automate manual processes.
- Maintain a high level of commitment in achieving a positive experience for our client's first interaction with our product and services.
- Lead client discussions as a subject matter expert, understand individual customer needs, tailor engagement style for best fit to deliver solutions that create value for our partners and customers.
- Create, monitor and report on a set of KPIs that enable us to measure and improve performance of each stage in the end-to-end integration process (e.g. scoping, configuration, testing, go live, stabilization).
- Establish capacity models to determine and predict sufficient resourcing needs to meet business forecasts for incoming volume.
- Develop senior managers to empower and lead a strong team of integration specialists to manage client integration projects professionally and independently.
- Partner with our enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to successfully scope, architect, document, implement, and manage integrations of Sterling’s services to clients’ Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources System (HRIS).
- Navigate complex issues, both technical and non-technical, and use sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for our clients.
- Audit deployments to ensure the successful completion and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Partners and Alliances and Product teams to implement and rollout new Vendor functionality for ATS, HRIS and IdP.
- Back up support for Production Support technical teams, building interaction workflows for Custom clients.
- Working with PAL, and Sales teams on advanced pipeline for capacity models.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ professional services, client onboarding and/or client implementation experience.
- 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Knowledge of HR applicant tracking systems and background screening industry, a plus.
- Strong technical background: lead pre-& post production testing, software configuration strategies & design web service integrations with leading ATS applications.
- Experience w/ continuous process improvement and program management methodologies.
- Demonstrates ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization including Executive Leadership.
- Focused on delivering results with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Project management experience managing multiple complex projects for large cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to build alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a prior record of success in reducing implementation timelines and making complex processes simpler.
- Ability to mobilize and motivate others to work toward a continued process improvement.
- Implement complex business solutions using tools and technologies.
