At Ticket Crushers, we are committed to delivering robust defense strategies for clients facing traffic violations, DUIs, and criminal charges. Our firm, known for its aggressive approach in ticket defense, has established a strong reputation for success and client satisfaction. Our team is skilled in navigating complex legal waters with precision and dedication, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and vigorous representation.

Our mission extends beyond mere legal representation; we aim to educate and empower our clients through every step of their legal journey. By maintaining transparent communication and offering detailed resources, we help clients feel informed and supported. This commitment to excellence is why we are continually expanding our services and outreach, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our communities with the utmost integrity and expertise.

In light of our growing client base and the increasing demand for our specialized legal services, the need for a dedicated Client Intake Coordinator has become essential. This role is crucial in ensuring that every new client interaction begins on a positive note, with their needs accurately assessed and addressed from the first point of contact. The Client Intake Coordinator will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of client care that Ticket Crushers Law is known for, making this position a cornerstone of our client relations strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Engagement and Communication: Proactively contact potential clients who have shown interest in our services, and/or respond to live inbound calls requesting our services, and communicate with them through various channels including phone, text, and email to ensure they have all necessary information and maintain engagement. The goal is to determine if the client has a case that fits our expertise, as well as ensure they retain our services.
  • Client Inquiry Response: Answer all inquiries related to the services provided by our law firm, ensuring potential clients have all the information they need to proceed.
  • Performance and Goals: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators and revenue goals through effective client intake and retention strategies.
  • Meeting Participation: Regularly attend scheduled meetings to stay aligned with team goals and updates.
  • Potential Marketing Involvement: While your primary focus will be on client intake, there is potential for you to gradually become involved in marketing initiatives. This would require you to learn and adapt quickly to assist in enhancing our firm's outreach and engagement strategies, especially on social media platforms.
  • Flexible Responsibilities: Be adaptable to take on additional duties as the role evolves and as required by the team’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Emerging Talent: We're seeking an entry-level superstar with the potential to quickly ascend to a leadership role, (think Sales or Intake). Candidates with a knack for marketing and client persuasion will find themselves at home in this role.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are required for all forms of communication.
  • Sales Acumen: This is fundamentally a sales position. You'll need to convincingly encourage potential clients to retain our services, demonstrating accountability and a strong understanding of our firm's value proposition.
  • Marketing and Social Media Skills: Candidates with an understanding of or interest in marketing, especially on social media platforms, are preferred. This knowledge will be advantageous as there is potential to take on marketing tasks and help expand our digital footprint in the future.
  • Experience and Attributes: Ideal candidates might come from a variety of service-oriented backgrounds (e.g., hospitality, healthcare) where premium customer service is a standard. Experience in de-escalating client concerns and working in high-stakes environments is highly valued. We appreciate a background adjacent to criminal defense but are open to those from other industries who show a commitment to client-centered service and are free from a 'government mentality.'
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Must communicate clearly and honestly with all clients, have impeccable attention to detail, and possess the mental agility to solve problems independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and soon-to-transition communication platforms like Podium and Nextiva (transitioning to Dialpad, soon).
  • Work Ethic and Cultural Fit: Looking for candidates who are hungry, humble, and early in their career but eager to take on more responsibility. Must align with our core values of honesty, client focus, forward-thinking, and accessibility.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work PST hours including a late shift once per week and occasional weekend shifts to accommodate varying schedules. Flexibility is key. Shifts can vary, from:
  • 8am - 4:30pm PST to 10:30am - 7pm PST
  • Education and Professional Development: No college degree required; preference for candidates with an associate’s degree or relevant experience. Continuous learning and adaptability are key.
  • Work Environment and Conditions: Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet, a quiet work area free of distractions, and a professional desk setup conducive to long hours of operation.

Why You Should Work Here:

  • Empowering Work Environment: Thrive in a setting that supports your personal and professional growth, nurturing your potential every step of the way.
  • Community Impact: Play a significant role in activities that extend our reach beyond legal representation, making a real difference in the community.
  • Career Opportunities: Benefit from a period of significant growth and innovation within the firm, which provides a myriad of advancement opportunities.

Additional Perks:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: We provide comprehensive health insurance with the company covering 70% of the premiums and 100% for dental and vision insurance. Benefits take effect the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Retirement Savings: Our 401(k) plan includes a company match that starts at 1% and can increase up to 3% based on your tenure with the firm, effective one year after employment.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Employees receive 15 days of PTO each year, accrued throughout the year. You also get 5 sick days and 7 company holidays annually.
  • Professional Development: We offer continuing education and training opportunities to support your career growth.
  • Remote Work Flexibility: You can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
  • Company Culture and Activities: Engage in quarterly activities, community outreach programs, and receive Ticket Crushers Swag every quarter to keep you equipped and part of the team.
  • Annual Gatherings: Participate in an annual in-person team gathering, fostering team unity and alignment with firm goals.
  • Incentives: Eligible for an annual bonus and additional incentives based on both quantitative KPIs and successful completion of special projects.
