Position Summary:
The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for supporting the gathering of business and operational requirements between clients, business owners, and operations & IT teams. This position will participate in internal initiatives regarding process improvement and efficiency. This position manages the implementation and delivery of technology based clinical programs/services to large health plan customers, process improvement initiatives, change control management, training & communications, and system implementation along with day-to-day account management responsibilities.

Position Summary:
The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for supporting the gathering of business and operational requirements between clients, business owners, and operations & IT teams. This position will participate in internal initiatives regarding process improvement and efficiency. This position manages the implementation and delivery of technology based clinical programs/services to large health plan customers, process improvement initiatives, change control management, training & communications, and system implementation along with day-to-day account management responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works with Sr. Director and Director to establish and define project scope and requirements for the purpose of translation into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
- Manages day-to-day communication and operational escalations with existing clients as assigned.
- Leads team on project work to keep project going according to schedule.
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to technical execution.
- Analyze business requirements and cross collaborate with the application development team to determine the most effective/appropriate operational and technology solutions for new initiatives.
- Responsible for the documentation of defined program objectives and requirements, collaboratively developed with all relevant implementation team members and ensuring operational and technical feasibility.
- Provides management of internal and external client teams to implement TurningPoint’s programs and services as an implementation key contact.
- Provides tracking and analysis of multiple projects and their tasks, and milestones, while also helping remediate possible or current issues, risks, overflows, deficits, as well as recommended solutions.
- Monitors project performance, schedules and reports on the changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs, providing recommendations on improvements to all the above.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience that includes project management, business analysis, and client account management.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SmartSheet/Project required.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete work in a timely manner despite many deadlines and competing priorities.
- Ability to define goals in an objectively and measurable fashion.
- Demonstrated ability in diplomacy, discretion, tact and sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
