Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or remote role as a Client Implementation Manager. We are headquartered in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful onboarding. This includes coordinating with internal teams, gathering client requirements, creating implementation plans, and conducting trainings for clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in cash management or financial operations
  • Ability to provide training and support to clients
  • Experience in workforce management or HR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
