Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or remote role as a Client Implementation Manager. We are headquartered in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful onboarding. This includes coordinating with internal teams, gathering client requirements, creating implementation plans, and conducting trainings for clients.
