Job Summary


The Client Executive for RWH Myers plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients for a global forensic accounting firm. This position combines elements of client management, business development, and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and enhance the firm's reputation in the industry.


Duties/Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management


Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, as well as forging new client accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges for a niche forensic accounting firm.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates on ongoing projects.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews to assess client satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any issues proactively.


Business Development


  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding business with existing clients through upselling additional services or engaging in new projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's client base in target industries or regions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services and build relationships with potential clients and referral partners.


Strategic Planning and Client Advocacy


  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Advocate for clients within the firm, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term client engagement strategies, including client retention initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.


Client Education and Communication


  • Educate clients about the firm's capabilities, service offerings, and industry trends related to forensic accounting services.
  • Speak and present at various industry educational conferences with the RWH team on key insurance topics and trends.
  • Communicate complex forensic accounting services in an understandable manner to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding their accounting needs.


Qualifications


  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. CPA or CFE certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in client relationship management, business development, or sales roles within the insurance or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of property and causality insurance is preferable but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive results in a competitive market environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite for managing client relationships, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
  • The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and business acumen to succeed in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth for the firm.
