About our position
We are looking for a proactive Client Advisor to work with our Clowder team to deliver product solutions and ensure a successful implementation and ongoing experience for our clients. While continuing to develop proficiency with the Clowder mobile app, you will remain updated on best practices regarding implementation, support, and training.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing client onboarding and post launch for mobile app.
- Assisting with app launch at specific events
- Tracking performance and acting as a liaison between the client and the product and development teams to address issues
- Meeting regularly with clients on updates, new feature launches and best practices.
- Renewing cand upselling client agreements.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a high-growth, technology firm.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients at one time at varying stages of their life cycle.
- Technologically savvy and using tools like Asana, You Track and Slack to stay organized and share updates with the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge of native3 mobile, API’s, databases – how they work, not design them.
- Ability to follow existing processes but always look for ways to improve them.
- Comfortable speaking with clients or employees at all levels of an organization.
