We are a leading provider of Corporate Real Estate Lease Administration and Lease Accounting services, committed to delivering exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Role Overview
As the Client Account Management Manager, you will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering comprehensive Lease Administration and Lease Accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design tailored solutions for Lease Administration and Lease Accounting projects, including system implementations and data migrations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end services that meet client needs.
Develop project plans and ensure seamless service transitions.
Act as the primary client contact and handle escalations effectively.
Prepare client-ready deliverables, documentation, and presentations.
Maintain regular communication with the Client Lead to monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services as per contract requirements.
Share best practices in Lease Administration and Lease Accounting with the team.
Contribute to internal efforts to enhance controls, processes, and data quality.
Participate in RFP processes and client presentations to grow and expand service offerings.
Drive financial contract performance and support account growth initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real Estate or Asset Management Engagements, or Financial Services.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Lease Accounting.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Real Estate; MBA preferred.
Proficiency in Lease abstraction and administration.
Extensive understanding of real estate industry trends and market characteristics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
