Our client, a growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a Janitorial Managr to join their team

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct customer visits
  • Provide immediate response to customer inquires
  • Assure subordinates meet all safety, quality and budgetary goals
  • Assure completion and compliance with the company’s quality program
  • Review and control labor and supply costs within the area
  • Assure compliance with all OSHA, MIOSHA and other governmental agencies regarding the safe work operations
  • Will be interviewing, hiring and processing on-boarding activities
  • Target areas of deficient and/or non-conforming cleaning, define and implement corrective measures to eliminate reoccurrence
  • Frequently review customer activity where additional services may be needed

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of management experience
  • Knowledge of terminology specific to the commercial cleaning industry
  • Proficient in a variety of software applications
  • Ability to work with frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
