ARE YOU THE CLASSROOM FACILITATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
High School Diploma/GED
18+ years old
Knowledge and experience in working with young behavior-disordered children and their families is preferred
Previous training in the RIP model is preferred

AVERAGE DAY AS A CLASSROOM FACILITATOR
As a Classroom Coordinator, your daily tasks are all about making our program a success and helping parents learn and grow. You'll use the RIP Parent Classroom Training manual to teach parents important skills, and you'll give them feedback on their work. You even show them how to use these skills in the classroom. Every month, you have meetings with parents who've finished their training, and you'll make sure everything is organized with program sheets and supplies in the classroom. You'll keep track of what's working well and where we can do better by collecting feedback. But it's not just about teaching - you're there to support parents, helping them learn and model the right behaviors. Your role is crucial in making our program a success and helping parents gain the skills they need.
The expected schedule for this position is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
