What You'll Do

Ratings Oversight: Ensure the accuracy of disputed ratings under our self-service platform.
Financial Stewardship: Monitor and report on financial impacts, managing claims reserves, and leading financial transactions.
Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with various departments to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure process stability.
Client Balance: Strive for a balanced client experience, addressing concerns and driving program improvements.

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, including management experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
