Nationwide IA Firm is seeking candidate to work as a W-2 Property Claims Manager/Adjuster/Examiner. This is for a position in the home office in Olathe, KS.
Work will include a variety of duties including inspection of field Property claims, examination and processing field adjuster work, and management of field adjusters as well as assisting on Desk Claims on an as needed basis.
Must have knowledge and ability to write estimates in Xactimate as well as familiar with Xactanalysis. Symbility experience is a plus. Must be able to work with and follow different guidelines for files as requested by carriers. Must have leadership abilities and able to give direction to others.
Ability to work with the insureds, carrier, contractors, claimants, etc.
Being able to climb roofs, carry ladder, and travel and work in various weather and work conditions from heat to cold.
Knowledge of property policies and working with different causes of loss and proper damage identification as well as repair methods.
